Dal rock alla leggera, dal pop al Metal, i tastieristi rimangono l’elemento spesso cardine per dare il nuovo sound, quel quid in più che fa fare il salto di qualità, o che comunque ne modifica completamente lo stile. Pensate al punk con le tastiere o a generi ancora più radicati come il death Metal (in questo caso si sfocerebbe quasi inevitabilmente nel black sinfonico), insomma le tastiere spesso rappresentano un grande enigma, soprattutto nel rock, metterle oppure no? L’enigma certamente non cambia se si parla di blues, dove se il piano è imprescindibile, la tastiera è invece spesso mal vista.
