Luxembourg — July 11, 2012. Sunrise Communications International S.A. (“Sunrise”) announced today that it has completed the pricing of a tap offering of €125.0 million (equivalent to approximately CHF 150.5 million) aggregate principal amount of its existing 7% fixed rate senior secured notes due 2017 and a new offering of CHF 370.0 million aggregate principal amount of its 5⅝% fixed rate senior secured notes due 2017, CHF 175.0 million aggregate principal amount of its floating rate senior secured notes due 2017, bearing interest at a per annum rate equal to CHF LIBOR plus 5½%, and €167.0 million (equivalent to approximately CHF 201.1 million) aggregate principal amount of its floating rate senior secured notes due 2017, bearing interest at a per annum rate equal to EURIBOR plus 4¾%. The purpose of the offering is to repay in full the amounts outstanding under the Sunrise group's senior credit facilities and pay related fees and expenses. In connection with the offering, Sunrise is entering into a new revolving credit facility.

scusate ma secondo me uno che investe in franchi svizzeri dovrebbe farlo con l'ottica di scialuppa di salvataggio nel caso che - toccatina... - e quindi in un monetario di max qualità'. Forse che se l'europa implode le obbl. Peugeot in CHF danno più' certezze di quelle in euro?
