Dear all,
I have been informed today that the decision from the Enterprise Chamber regarding the value of your expropriated bonds will NOT be submitted on December 24 2020, but is now scheduled for January 21, 2021.
The delay is frustrating but we do now have ‘certainty’ that it will be a final decision from the Enterprise Chamber. However the possibility to file for cassation remains open to all parties.

Mi sembra una ottima notizia se ci sarà la sentenza.
Penso che se hanno escluso la possibilità a tutte le parti di esprimersi sulle nuove difese del Ministro vuole dire che il nuovo report della Deloitte è pura "IMMONDIZIA"
Aspettiamo a vedere se anche il nostro studio ha qualche notizia in merito.

dai gente che ormai ci siamo. ancora 3 settimane. se non altro con la sentenza avremo una percentuale attendibile. anche se il ricorso lo vedo quasi certo
