The timing then becomes something like:
1. The Ministry has until 29/6/2018 to respond to the final expert report.
2. Interested parties can then respond until September 14, 2018.
3. A meeting of the OK is scheduled for November 2018, after which the Enterprise Chamber (with the exception of delay) will come to a final conclusion. We will then write about April 2019. This is the earliest possible date on which this calvary can end.
4. All parties (the Minister) can then (usually) lodge an appeal against the relevant final verdict. For that he has 3 months the time he will definitely take (July 2019). The high council then takes another 18 months (I take the cassation appeals in the SNS procedure as a guideline) (March 2021).
5. If the case is returned to the OR it takes another 8 months (November 2021).
Take another month to arrange the payment and then we might see our money somewhere between July 2019 and January 2022.
Possibly four years of patience so
