Si prega di essere informato, di seguito, la nostra operativo o notizie 2013/01/02 "455 - SNS BANK NV" che il Ministero delle Finanze ci ha informati del fatto che l'espropriazione delle obbligazioni con ISIN XS0552743048 SNS REAAL NV, XS0382843802, XS0468954523, XS0172565482 , gamba XS0310904155, XS0363514893 e XS0097515307 ha dichiarato irreversibile dalla Divisione Diritto Amministrativo del Consiglio di Stato olandese.

Venerdì 4 marzo, il Ministro delle Finanze farà un'offerta per la compensazione. Dopo il sacrificio ha fatto tappa, il Ministro delle Finanze richiederà l'Enterprise Chamber della Corte di Appello di Amsterdam o per determinare la compensazione di conseguenza. Richiedenti che non sono d'accordo con il sacrificio per la compensazione può discutere il loro caso davanti alla Camera Enterprise della Corte di Appello di Amsterdam. La data di registrazione o evento aziendale sarà questo Venerdì 1 marzo COB.


Da un punto di vista operativo, ammessi Istituzioni vedranno loro si bloccano in conto capitale sulle loro albero NDC 86 dal Martedì 1 marzo a fine giornata. Nessuna soluzione sarà possibleness più dopo tale data.

Mestieri che sono ancora in sospeso dopo la data di registrazione sarà automaticamente cancellata al termine del periodo di recupero, secondo le nostre regole di liquidazione.

Vi terremo informati su ulteriori informazioni Top riceveremo da parte del Ministero delle Finanze Per quanto riguarda l'offerta di indennizzo e come saranno trattati.

Please be informed, following our Operational news of 01/02/2013 "455 – SNS BANK NV", that the Ministry of Finance informed us of the fact that the expropriation of the bonds SNS REAAL NV with ISIN XS0552743048, XS0382843802, XS0468954523, XS0172565482, XS0310904155, XS0363514893 and XS0097515307 has been declared irreversible by the Administrative Law Division of the Dutch Council of State.

On Monday 4th March the Minister of Finance will make an offer for the compensation. After the offer has been made, the Minister of Finance will request the Enterprise Chamber of the Court of Appeal of Amsterdam to determine the compensation accordingly. Claimants that disagree with the offer for compensation can argue their case before the Enterprise Chamber of the Court of Appeal of Amsterdam.

The record date of this corporate event will be Friday 1st March COB.

From an operational point of view, Admitted Institutions will see their holding become blocked on their NDC 86 as from Friday 1st March end-of-day. No settlement will be possible anymore after that date.

Trades that are still pending after record date will automatically be cancelled at the end of the recycling period, as per our settlement rules.

Le Obbligazioni si potevano vendere dal 1 feb in Otc,dal 1 marzo invece non saranno più tradabili nemmeno li.
