In response to your request, following the decision of the
secret chamber of February 12, 2013 I am sending you herewith all the passages from the
reports of Cushman & Wakefield and Ernst & Young, whose
confidentiality room limited cognizance has deemed unjustified.
However, some numbers weggelakt. These are:
Proceedings Pieces 43A, p. 21, first paragraph: these two numbers weggelakt, which also
occurred on p. 4, which limited cognizance is justified
considered.
Proceedings Piece 43D, p. 6, third paragraph: this is two rates derived
from proceedings piece 43A, p. 28 for which the limited cognizance or
deemed justified.
I will ensure that a copy of this letter and the accompanying
documents directly be sent to the parties by a lawyer
are supported and which I am aware that this is the case.
