CRISI: BERNANKE, RISCHIOSO CAMBIO TARGET INFLAZIONE AL 2%
(ANSA) - TOKYO, 26 MAG - Il presidente della Federal Reserve,
Ben Bernanke, valuta rischioso il cambio di target d'inflazione
al 2% e respinge la proposta contenuta in un lavoro del Fondo
monetario internazionale, secondo cui gli istituti centrali
potrebbero aumentare il target di inflazione al 4% per meglio
affrontare le future crisi deflazionistiche.
Bernanke ha osservato che gli studi hanno dimostrato che i
tassi di inflazione ottimali sono ''molto bassi'', suggerendo
che sarebbe rischioso per le banche centrali allontanarsi da
obiettivi di inflazione al 2% circa.
''Non stiamo partendo da zero'', ha spiegato Bernanke, a
Tokyo nel corso di un evento organizzato dalla Bank of Japan
(BoJ), perche' ''le banche centrali di tutto il mondo ormai da
molti anni hanno conquistato grande credibilita' avendo come
riferimento proprio un'inflazione in prossimita' del 2%''.
In questo scenario, ha aggiunto rispondendo a una domanda sul
tema, ''sarebbe una transizione molto rischiosa se riducessimo
l'impegno sul target d'inflazione al 2%'' e ''non siamo sicuri
di come reagirebbero le aspettative'', ha concluso. (ANSA).

Our system posted a BUY CONFIRMED today. The previous SELL recommendation was issued on 05.04.2010 (21) days ago, when the stock price was 12.6200. Since then CENX has fallen -20.29% .

BUY-IF is confirmed by a white candlestick with a lower open and a higher close. The buying price is the previous close ( 9.8000 ) according to the Rules of Confirmation.

Patience pays off. The market wavered a bit but finally confirmed the recent bullish formation. The dose of the previous day was not enough for a BUY-IF confirmation but today it is. Though the market opened lower today, the day’s activity created a white candlestick that closed above the previous close. This is a valid confirmation criterion. The market is now ready for a bullish move.

We hope that you acted quickly and already bought this stock . Your important benchmark was the previous close. You were supposed to watch the session carefully, feel its bullish tendency despite the lower opening, and go long after making sure that the prices stay over the previous close.
