ecco perchè il 10 gennaio scrissi che si trattava probabilmente del mio ULTIMO giro, dato che, il 9 genn2018, il giudice aveva dato l'ok all'applicazione del piano.
INFATTI:
da oggi fino al 26feb, si può decidere ( se ci si è INDIVIDUALIZZATI) che opzione scegliere.
chi NON riuscirà ad individualizzarsi prenderà l'opzione residuale, cioè uno ZC a 25 anni con call a 15
dal 27 febbraio , i titoli OI/PT NON esisteranno più.
Penso sia probabile che vengano addirittura delistati dal TLX prima del 27Febb

The creditor who did not individualize his credits and wants to make such individualization to directly exercise his option of payment may follow the rules provided in the Public Notice of Bondholders ("Edital de Bondholders” –Pecas Processuais – Recuperacao Judicial Oi), with presentation of the documentation by judicial process: certificate of holders and screen shot of the consolidated position.
This procedure may require you to retain counsel in Brazil and may be time-consuming. Bondholders are advised to undertake this procedure on a timely basis.
We emphasize that, in case of abstention from exercising the payment option, the credits of the bondholders will be paid by the residual condition, according to clause 4.3.6 of the PRJ (payment in 20 years) and 4.3.6.1.
On the subject, it is also worth checking the terms of the Q & A disclosed by Oi Group (www.recjud.com.br).
