Ancora più incomprensibile è l'assenza di Lehman Brothers dal calendario delle udienze del giudice Glenn.
E' vero che sono solo 2 i casi, al momento, a lui affidati, ma cosa aspetta a trattarli, visto che non ha molto da istruire?

Vi chiedo cortesemente se coloro che seguono il forum abbiano introitato i proventi della 25 Distribuzione LBHI del 6 Ottobre scorso tramite i rispettivi istituti di credito. Per quanto mi concerne ( pur consideranto l'aliquota di rmborso veramente minimale), io sono tutt'ora in attesa ed un ritardo simile in questa interminabile vicenda di anni ,non mi era ancora occorso. Grazie
