Grazie Carlo27. Lo faccio per me, lo faccio per tutti.

Non so da quanto tempo segui la questione Lehman Brothers, ma in altri lidi mi prendevano a pernacchie.

Se alludi a Finanzaonline, vengo anche io da lì. Ti dirò che non ho mai seguito le polemiche, mi interessavano solo i fatti concreti. E qui li trovo alla grande, grazie soprattutto a te.

Leggo oggi una notizia che mi fa rabbrividire un po visto i precedenti Lehman per una possibile azione legale nei confronti di Veneto Banca.
"Federconsumatori organizza un incontro con un professionista esperto per illustrare ai clienti che hanno perso dei soldi come promuovere un'azione che permetta loro di cercare di recuperare parte di quanto perso nella vicenda degli istituti veneti. L'azione di recupero passa, come spiega Federconsumatori, attraverso l'istanza all'insinuazione allo stato passivo"
secondo te Duetto è una strada percorribile ?

L'insinuazione al passivo è un passaggio tecnico obbligato: in buona sostanza si chiede di iscrivere il proprio nome e il credito vantato alla massa passiva della liquidazione coatta amministrativa, dandone prova con le relative cartuccelle: fissato bollato dell'acquisto e certificato di possesso dei titoli da cui si evince la titolarità attuale del richiedente.

Tutto questo nulla ha a che vedere con una eventuale azione legale. Vero è che, alcuni studi legali che si propongono in questa circostanza,, hanno ....offerto l'insinuazione al passivo a chi abbraccia la class action.

Più difficile rispondere al secondo aspetto della tua domanda. Bisognerebbe conoscere bene quali sarebbero i motivi su cui questi studi legali vogliono fondare la propria azione risarcitoria. Al momento vedo, però, troppo fumo e niente arrosto.

Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. (“LBHI”) has announced that its next distribution has been scheduled for 5th October 2017. It usually announces its distribution rates a week or so before the due date and we will update this information as soon as we receive details of the rates payable.

Lehman Brothers Treasury B.V. (“LBT”) paid its tenth distribution on 5th May 2017 at a rate of just under 1.4% of its claim valuations. It normally announces details of its next distribution shortly after LBHI makes its distributions. We will update this information as soon as we receive details of the next LBT distribution.

The LBS estate has been wound down and no further distributions are payable from LBS.

James W. Giddens, the Trustee for the liquidation of Lehman Brothers Inc. (LBI) under the Securities Investor Protection Act (SIPA) and of the law firm Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, today reported on the state of the LBI estate to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, the Honorable Shelley C. Chapman presiding.

The Trustee reported that the estate continues to move towards substantial completion.
