Attento, qui si parla di vertenze giudiziarie che si stanno tenendo presso la British High Court che riguardano LEHMAN BROTHERS HOLDINGS PLC (IN ADMINISTRATION) e che investono anche LBHI in qualità di capofila.

Quindi siamo a Londra e non a New York.

Ovviamente LBHI è spettatore interessato.

Sei stato molto chiaro caro duetto però io essendo azionista lehmq i miei titoli sono stati suddivisi 2 titoli con Isin americano ed escrow tedeschi che riguardano lbie...non so se sono stato esaustivo

Nessuna novità di rilievo su Lehman Brothers.

Quanto alla morte di Berlusconi ricordo a tutti che, comunque voi la pensiate al riguardo, quando ci fu il default Lehman Brothers bastò una telefonata tra lui e Doris di Banca Mediolanum per decidere di restituire quanto investito in prodotti assicurativi con sottostante LBHI a tutti i risparmiatori, italiani e non.

E questo è un fatto!

After LBIE fully paid senior creditors in 2014, attention turned to who would get a £8bn surplus from the European entity, fuelling aggressive tactics by hedge funds who were fighting over which class of credit should get the spoils.

“You can imagine that when you put £8bn on the table and say ‘give me your reasons why you should have it’, it’s going to be heavily debated - and it was,” Downs said.

LBIE has paid out about £2bn out in expenses and costs. Around £1bn has been paid to administrators, while another £651m has been paid to employees and there has been a further £417m of legal and professional costs.
