Update: Announcement of additional preferred equity distribution - 18 December 2020

Following the Joint Administrators' announcement dated 12 August 2020, the Joint Administrators have consented to a further request from the LBIE directors to make a distribution by way of dividend to LB Holdings Intermediate 2 Limited ("LBHI2"), as sole holder of LBIE's preferred equity, in the amount of £100m. This distribution was made on 17 December 2020 and brings the total distributed to date to LBHI2, in respect of its preferred equity, to £129m.

Anno nuovo, udienze nuove.

Speriamo che non vengano rimandate come molto spesso avvenuto nel recente passato.

Questo nuovo anno dovrebbe portarci le ultime decisioni della magistratura sulle cause ancora in corso ( alcune di esse in appello ) sulla questione Lehman Brothers.

A differenza del passato, possiamo oggi affermare che ci sia una chiara tendenza giurispudenziale, ormai consolidata, a favore dei risparmiatori che hanno citato in giudizio le rispettive banche.

Pertanto auguro agli attori ancora in causa contro le rispettive banche di riferimento di vincerle tutte .
