E' una questione che seguivo da tempo.
Per quello che ho compreso, il giudice Engelmayer non è neppure entrato nel merito della questione, limitandosi a rispondere ad una questione formale: nessuno può chiedere in tribunale la tutela dei suoi diritti unitamente e/o a causa di quelli di altri soggetti terzi rispetto alla questione da esaminare.
IMHO

Ecco cosa appare ora sul sito del tribunale fallimentare, giudice Chapman, in relazione ad un altro caso di chapter 11:
*** ALL HEARINGS BEFORE JUDGE CHAPMAN WILL BE HELD TELEPHONICALLY USING COURT SOLUTIONS. ***

Ciononostante personalmente continuo a seguire anche questa procedura a fini statistici.
Quindi ora sappiamo che gli istituzionali titolari delle cosiddette obbligazioni sostitutive ( a noi retail non fu concessa questa opzione ) riceveranno dalla procedura fallimentare olandese ( che per loro continua ) un totale di 9.278.773 milioni di dollari, per una percentuale distributiva pari allo 0.0473%.
Il totale ricevuto dagli istituzionali al momento, compresa questa quarta distribuzione del 7 Aprile 2020, è di US $ 19,626,450,592.

Ricordo che il giorno 7 Aprile, Martedì, è schedulata presso il Tribunale Fallimentare di New York una udienza che tratterà aspetti per noi molto importanti.
Non credo che verrà ulteriormente rinviata ( penso che lo avrebbero già fatto, data la situazione ) ma non me la sento di escluderlo completamente.
Staremo a vedere cosa succederà.
