IMPORTANT NOTICE

In press releases issued on 15th and 20th March 2019, Lehman Brothers Treasury B.V. (“LBT”) confirmed that two important milestones had been passed in the partial wind-down of its liquidation process. Although it remains contingent on other events and is not guaranteed, it appears increasingly likely that the partial wind-down will be successful. If so, LBT has scheduled a Final Distribution to be paid on 2nd May 2019. More detailed information about the partial wind-down and how the Final Distribution will be funded can be located here.

Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. (“LBHI”) has announced the distribution rates applicable to its seventeenth distribution, which is due to be paid on or around 4thApril 2019.

The rates are a little under 0.09% for the Class 5 Guaranteed Claim and a little over 0.11% for the Class 4A Claim. They are the lowest rates it has paid to date. When they are received, the distributions will be allocated to individual Accounts and forwarded to customers as soon as possible.

Sta di fatto che questa distribuzione presenta molte anomalie.

Sicuramente il tutto è condizionato dalla distribuzione finale per LBT dei primi di Maggio.

Ho cercato altri riscontri ma, al momento, non trovo altro.

Comunque la data del 4 Aprile non era tassativa.

Infatti : to be paid on or around 4thApril 2019.

Invece è confermato che queste sono le percentuali più basse pagate sino ad ora.
