Il prospetto riportato raccoglie in una unica fonte tutti i dati UFFICIALI delle varie distribuzioni sino ad oggi erogate per singole Classi di Credito, al netto di maggiorazioni e/o diminuizioni dovute al rapporto di cambio Dollaro/Euro in essere alle date di eccredito.

Quanto alla novità riportata, ho cercato chiarimenti direttamente presso un mio corrispondente londinese: cadeva dalle nuvole.

Dopo avermi ringraziato per la segnalazione, ad una prima analisi ha commentato che il tutto sarebbe rivolto solo agli istituzionali e non ai retail. Ma alla mia obiezione circa la contraddittorietà della notizia, ha preso tempo per raccogliere maggiori info sul tema.

La ratio di questa operazione dovrebbe essere quella di elidere gran parte di claims, raccolti per categorie omogenee. E questo lo trovo anche giusto. Perchè farlo solo ora, lo trovo francamente improponibile ed incomprensibile.

Invece ho telefonato ieri sera sul tardi ( ora italiana, primo pemeriggio a New York ).

Per quello che mi hanno risposto ( nella speranza di aver interpretato bene ciò che diceva l'interlocutore che parlava come se avesse un uovo in bocca oppure era raffreddatissimo ) la sollecitazione sarebbe rivolta solo ai creditori istituzionali.

Per quanto invece riguarda gli obbligazionisti retail LBT ( cioè, noi ) ad Aprile 2019 ci sarà l'ultima distribuzione proveniente dall'Olanda, quindi la procedura fallimentare di Amsterdam chiude.

In seguito, qualora vi fossero ulteriori somme da distribuire, avremo diritto alla sola distribuzione proveniente da New York, cioè da LBHI.

Ovviamente prendiamo il tutto col beneficio di inventario.

Questo è quanto ho saputo, al momento. Vi aggiorno appena ne saprò qualcosa in più.
