Credo sia un T1 non cumulativo; non sta pagando la cedola e a mercato ne sono rimasti pochi milioni di Euro.

da cui si legge (estratto con un programmino free ocr perdona le imprecisioni):
During October 2010 the Group issued perpetual subordinated bonds with conditioned interest in the overall amount
oi 50 million euros. These bonds have a noncumuiative conditioned interest. payable only if and when declared by
the Board of Directors.
This conditioned interest, corresponding to the applicable annual rate of 8.5% on nominal value, is paid biannually.
These securities may be fully. but not partially. reimbursed after the 15*" of September 2015, relying solely on the
choice of Haitong Bank, upon approval of the Bank of Portugal. These bonds are considered a capital instrument
in accordance with the accounting policy described in Note 2.6 due to their characteristics.
During the year of 2011, 46.269 thousand euros in other capital instruments were cancelled due to a transaction
regarding owned instruments.
These bonds are subordinated in relation to any liability of Haitong Bank and part passu regarding any identical
subordinated bonds that may be issued by the Bank.
As at 30 of June 2019 and 31 of December 2018, 3731 thousand euros regarding these bonds are in circulation.
in the year of 2019 the Group haven't paid interest (in 2018: 317 thousand euros recorded as a deduction in
reserves).
