Comunque anche se è stata molto attesa non vuol dire che sia positiva.

pareva che dormisse ma invece Russia è sempre attento. Chissà se i bond Seguros si riusciranno finalmente a vendere a buon prezzo.

NOVO BANCO, S.A. informs on a sale and purchase agreement in respect of the entire share capital of GNB - Companhia de Seguros de Vida, S.A. Following the announcement on 3 August 2017 and in accordance and for the purposes of article 248 – A of the Portuguese Securities Code, NOVO BANCO, S.A. hereby informs that it has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Bankers Insurance Holdings S.A., an affiliate company of Global Bankers Insurance Group, LLC (“Global Bankers”), in respect of the entire share capital of GNB – Companhia de Seguros de Vida, S.A. (“GNB Vida”), for a total consideration of 190 million euro, (subject to normal adjustments at completion) and afterwards according to performance. This operation includes also a 20-year agreement between NOVO BANCO and GNB Vida, to distribute life insurance products in Portugal. The execution of the sale of GNB Vida is conditioned to the verification of certain conditions, including the authorizations from the relevant regulatory authorities. The completion of the transaction as per the agreed terms should have a neutral impact on results and a positive impact on the Common Equity Tier 1 ratio of NOVO BANCO. direi proprio di si visto che i bond erano all'interno del bilancio di gnb seguros vida.

Buongiorno Bosmeld, avevo posto la domanda riferendomi alla vendita di ramo d'azienda di una assicurazione americana (Maiden Holding). In quel caso il debito è rimasto alla casa madre (nel prospetto i bond erano emessi dal ramo ceduto, ma garantiti dalla casa madre).

Buongiorno Bosmeld, avevo posto la domanda riferendomi alla vendita di ramo d'azienda di una assicurazione americana (Maiden Holding). In quel caso il debito è rimasto alla casa madre (nel prospetto i bond erano emessi dal ramo ceduto, ma garantiti dalla casa madre).

fatto benissimo a chiedere, credo che qui sia però diverso, visto che non è un ramo d'azienda bensi un entità assestante, separata rispetto a Novo banco. Cmq controllerò meglio. Peraltro Maiden holding la volevo giusto iniziare a guardare questo weekend
