(CSSE) (the “Company”), one of the largest operators of streaming advertising-supported video-on-demand (AVOD) networks, today announced the launch of an underwritten public offering of additional 9.5% Notes due 2025 (“Notes”). The Notes are listed on Nasdaq under the symbol CSSEN. The Notes are rated BBB by Egan-Jones Ratings Company, an independent, unaffiliated rating agency. Egan-Jones is a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization (NRSRO) and is recognized by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) as a Credit Rating Provider (CRP). Egan-Jones is also certified by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA).

noto che con Directa adesso per acquisto di pref o bb il minimo di commissione è passato a 9$ ...non proprio economico...... purtroppo
