Un modo semplice per trovare gli isin è andare al sito Web QuantumOnline Home Page inserire il simbolo del titolo su ricerca rapida, a questo punto si apre la pagina dove puoi trovare tutte le informazioni riguardanti il titolo e la società emittente, nella scheda è riportato il cusip dal quale puoi risalire al codice isin tramite questo link:

o in alternativa aggiungendo il codice paese al cusip, nel nostro caso quasi sempre “ US” e il check digit che consiste in un numero finale da 0 a 9.

@ $ 18 x azione era improbabile che ci fosse qualcuno disposto a consegnare le azioni, a $ 22 ci sarà sicuramente chi aderirà all’offerta, ma non credo riescano a ritirare 1.000.000 di azioni delle 3.607.571 in circolazione, in ogni caso più azioni privilegiate ritirano meglio è per le restanti PFD
