ho venduto otc in usd oggi dopo le 15.

Mi danno eseguito telefonico e dopo un minuto (o poco piu') vado a controllare per curiosita' su FINRA. Vedo come ultimo eseguito esattamente la mia quantita' (non trattandosi di cifra tonda ma di spezzatura dispari e' al 99.9% la mia) ma il prezzo a cui risulta eseguito e' di 61 centesimi migliore di quanto mi ha dichiarato l'operatore a telefono (eseguito 100.50, finra riporta 101.11).

Com'e' possibile?

L'agevolazione per i clienti Binck sui dividendi USA percepiti si applica anche per le stocks ordinarie non preferred?

(askanews) - I massimi dirigenti della Fed hanno espresso maggior preoccupazione sui rischi per la crescita degli Stati Uniti nel loro ultimo incontro, durante il quale sono arrivati alla conclusione che un approccio "paziente" sui tassi d'interesse è "appropriato" in questa fase incerta e piena di rischi. È quanto emerge dai verbali del Federal open market committee, il braccio di politica monetaria della banca centrale statunitense, relativi alla riunione del 29-30 gennaio.
Durante quello che è stato il primo incontro del 2019, la Fed ha deciso di lasciare i tassi invariati al 2,25-2,5%, un range che "pone pochi rischi in questo momento". In passato, in molti pensavano che tenere i tassi così bassi troppo a lungo avrebbe causato un rialzo dell'inflazione, costringendo la Fed ad alzarli più velocemente di quanto desiderato.

guarda se ci sono altre transazioni contemporanee, magari hai visto solo un lato della transazione oppure se non vedi altri movimenti potrebbe essere che un movimento è stato fatto interno alla banca. A me capita spesso e sempre con le stesse banche, penso che abbiano qualche controparte che ci lucra sopra mentre altre banche vedo quasi sempre le transazioni precise su Finra

(the “Company”) today announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 1,400,000 shares of 6.625% Series C Term Preferred Stock due 2024 (the “Preferred Stock”) at a public offering price of $25.00 per share, which will result in net proceeds to the Company of approximately $33.7 million after payment of underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by the Company. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 210,000 shares of Preferred Stock to cover overallotments, if any.
The Company has applied to list the Preferred Stock on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) under the ticker symbol “PRIFC”. If the application is approved, trading on the NYSE in the Preferred Stock is expected to begin within 30 days following the issuance date of the Preferred Stock. The Preferred Stock has been assigned a private rating of “AA” by Egan-Jones Ratings Co.
The Company plans to use the net proceeds from the offering of the Preferred Stock to acquire investments in accordance with its investment objectives and strategies and for general working capital purposes.
The offering is expected to close on February 22, 2019, subject to customary closing conditions.

Com'e' possibile?

Quando un grande ordine viene riempito eseguendo operazioni di piccole dimensioni il broker-dealer comunica a FINRA solo la media dei diversi prezzi a cui vengono eseguite le transazioni parziali. Il prezzo medio ponderato viene segnalato con il modificatore "W" su FINRA.
