LONDRA, 19 gennaio (Reuters) - Telecom Italia (TIT.MI) ha incaricato un consorzio bancario di guidare un'emissione senior unsecured a cinque anni di importo benchmark.
Lo scrive Ifr, servizio Refinitiv, precisando che le banche incaricate della transazione, denominata in euro, sono GSI e JPM nel ruolo di joint global coordinator e physical bookrunner, insieme a Bnp, CACB, UniCredit, SMBC, MUFG.
Le prime indicazioni di rendimento sono di poco superiori a 7%.
Una call con gli investitori si è tenuta alle 12 di oggi.

a quella che scade nel 2023 ovviamente. ha già rinviato di un anno il rimborso ora quota sui 52. vedi tu......

Non c'e molto da rimborsare. Basterebbe la vendita di qualche asset anche se il prezzo parla chiaro.

non riuscira' mai a rimborsare tutti i suoi bonds....i ricavi sono ridicoli mah..per non parlare del debito mostre... preferisco bond eni

Ennesimo crack in Brasile, Lojas Americanas, grande gruppo di supermercati non food, con un buco tra 20 e 40 miliardi di reais ha chiesto al tribunale la protezione dai creditori, hanno sul mercato internazionale 1 miliardo di dollari ora coriandoli. Dai non commenti qui si desume che nessuno di voi li abbia, meno male.

In Brasile il modello ambito culturale è simil USA con frequentazione assidua dei centri commerciali e général shopping ne è in gran parte proprietaria e affitta negozi;la pandemia ha picchiato duro ma ora è quasi tutto normale e i centri sono abbastanza affollati ma poca gente compra, poi con il lulaccio al potere non so come finirà, vediamo.

In the milk processing sector, the Ekosem-Agrar Group recorded particularly strong growth of 40% to 164,000 tons of finished milk products in 2022. Production of fresh milk and traditional dairy products grew 39% to over 158,000 tons, while yoghurt and dessert products (including ice cream) grew 46% to almost 4,400 tons. Cheese production increased 4.6 times to over 1,200 tons. The reason for the increase in milk processing was in particular the expansion of production capacities and the product range of the EkoNiva brand from 71 to 79 product lines. The 2022 harvest year was also positive for Ekosem-Agrar AG. The yields in the forage harvest could be increased again with 831,000 tons of dry matter of forage (2021: 800,000 tons) and ensure the supply of the own livestock. In total, 732,000 tons of grain, 291,000 tons of sugar beets, 108,000 tons of legumes and 50,000 tons of oilseeds were harvested across the Group in the current season.
