Mia banca ha applicato 1 eur = 1,0088 usd dunque eur più forte di usd. Ha preso il cambio del 21.10.2022 anche se il rimborso è stato il 25. Ho verificato e il cambio di Banca d'Italia il 21.10.2022 alle 14.30 era di 1 eur = 0,973 usd oppure 1 usd = 1,0277 eur. Che ne pensi ?

Ciao. Guarda, sinceramente non mi pongo il problema anche perché sarebbe inutile non potendo fare assolutamente nulla. Tieni presente che il cambio indicato, almeno il mio, è comprensivo dello spread che la banca si prende

Ho preso la decisione di aderire alla offer di BBBY. Assieme alla mia, cercherò di suggerire l’adesione anche alle posizioni che seguo a livello professionale.

E detto per inciso, una volta aderito si spera che il prezzo di mercato sia consono perché bisogna uscire il prima possibile.

I tempi sono cambiati. I mercati sono ostili, il ciclo economico recessivo porterà una selezione naturale tra aziende sane e non.

Del resto la situazione si riassume così : di la PAOLO GORGO (che ha letto i documenti della tender) pone l’accento su alcuni elementi su cui tutti dovremmo riflettere. Un lavoro di buon senso fa capire che aderire è un obbligo e poi bisogna darsela a gambe levate.

I veri distruttori di ricchezza tipo newon, shark, gente che probabilmente i soldi non se li e’ sudati perché dove loro passano la minusvalenza è certa, propendono per fare orecchie da mercante e puntare all’holdout.

Vi basti questo per capire che siamo tutti in un mare di guai: profilo basso, testa sulle spalle, si aderisce e si toglie poi il disturbo.

Mi è arrivata comunicazione da Fineco che hanno un aggiornamento sulle restrizioni dell'offerta, che risulta quindi rivolta solo a operatori qualificati (oltre a restrizioni sul taglio), quindi anche se hanno dato possibilità di aderire a tutti daranno alla depositaria richiesta di revoca (e mandano la palla alla depositaria se accettare o meno la revoca, sembra...)
