Talen Energy Supply Launches Exchange Offer for $605.4 Million of its 7.00% Guaranteed Senior Notes Due 2027 Sep 11 17
Talen Energy Supply LLC launched an offer to exchange any and all of its outstanding 4.60% unguaranteed notes due December 15, 2021, for up to $605.4 million of its 7.00% guaranteed senior notes due 2027. Holders who validly tender their 2021 notes at or prior to expiration date of 5 p.m. ET on October 5, unless extended, will get a total consideration of $1,000 principal amount of new 2027 notes for each $1,000 principal amount of existing 2021 notes accepted for exchange. Global Bondholder Services Corp. is acting as the exchange agent.

in uno scambio simile con comstock io non scambiai,morale: del mio bond sono rimasti solo 5 milioni ,assolutamente impossibile negoziarlo me lo devo tenere sperando che non fallisca prima.quindi in questi casi c'è da considerare il rischio illiquidità
