Se il mercato americano continua la ripresa, in agosto potrebbe rientrare in portafoglio lo S&P500:

Domani Amazon Prime Day, e come per l’Apple Event, partecipo comprando azioni. Ed approfitto del ribasso odierno: pdc $111.71.

Col tempo switchero’ su Amazon anche la partecipazione nell’ETF Consumer Discretionary, preso proprio perché la singola azione costava troppo, ed Amazon rappresenta comunque un terzo di quel portafoglio.
Dopo lo split il problema non si pone piu’.

Amazon.com is buying medical-care company 1Life Healthcare, which operates a primary-care practice under the name One Medical, in the e-commerce giant’s latest expansion into the healthcare space. The all-cash transaction is roughly $3.9 billion, including debt.

• Amazon rolled out Amazon Care in 2019, a telemedicine service offering access to urgent- and primary-care services targeting the employer market. It later bought Health Navigator, an online symptom-checking tool. It opened Amazon Pharmacy in 2020 after buying PillPack.
• San Francisco-based 1Life went public in January 2020, doubling in price and then falling. Shares of other telemedicine providers, including Teladoc Health and American Well, have also declined from Covid-19 pandemic highs. Amazon has offered to pay 1Life a 77% premium.
• With the deal, Amazon would gain a business that runs more than 180 medical offices in 25 U.S. markets and works with more than 8,000 companies to provide in-person and virtual health benefits to workers, The Wall Street Journal reported.
• Neil Lindsay, senior vice president of Amazon Health Services, said Amazon aims to help “dramatically improve the healthcare experience over the next several years.” The acquisition needs approval by One Medical’s shareholders and regulators.

What’s Next: Amazon reports earnings after the market close on July 28, and analysts expect revenue to grow at the lowest rate since the internet bubble burst in 2001. Amazon forecast sales of $116 billion to $121 billion.

Sell delle Tesla acquistate il 12 maggio scorso, pdc sceso a $668.43
Col ricavato buy Allianz, che avevo venduto sempre il 12 maggio, nuovo pdc €163.27 e D/Y al 6.61%, calcolato sul dividendo pagato quest'anno.
