Il problema maggiore non è la sospensione del pagamento cedole da parte dei depositari europei Clearstream euroclear

Il problema maggiore sarebbe che Gazprom cessasse i pagamenti

... Finché i russi inviano soldi e fanno sollecitano la conversione in bond domestici da parte dei detentori di eurobond detenuti in NSD...

I soldi già arrivati e fermi in Euroclear e Clearstream saranno il male minore solo questione di tempo per la riscossione

O di licenza per cittadini occidentali ;)

Per altre depositarie ad oggi nessuna novità :tie:

A questo punto una volta approvata la solicitation ed il cambio di payment agent cosa dovrebbe succedere per chi non ha ancora ricevuto cedola?

la aspetta come tutti gli altri o puo' far causa alla sua banca e alla depositaria. I soldi li ha la depositaria ma se le banche si attivassero con un po di polso penso che si sbloccherebbe qualcosa

Angy sai dove è possibile scaricare la dichiarazione di avvenuta approvazione della soliciation? so già a priori che se non allego un documento ufficiale la banca mi kogliona per l'ennesima volta

a cosa ti serve, piuttosto dovresti allegare un documento che attesta che i soldi li ha ricevuti la depositaria. Il fatto che siano transitati sulla vecchia o la nuova banca agente e' ininfluente. Qualcosa in merito ai pagamenti di Gaz Capital lo trovi nei post indietro ma non c'e' un documento ufficiale delle depositarie che confessa i furti anche se conclamati. Rei non confessi.
