finalmente anche Credit Suisse ha accreditato il rimborso della Gaz Capital 2023 CHF, una settimana di ritardo per abbellire il curriculum della banca. Restiamo in attesa dei consent fee che mancano anche per le altre obbligazioni seguite da i2capmark

Gazprom confirmed that funds were paid to the paying agents with regard to the following Eurobonds:

- Gaz-27 (ISIN: XS1585190389, US368266AV45) issued by Gaz Capital S.A. with coupon 4.95% due 2027 – on the 21st September 2022 the payment was made by Gazprom for the coupon due on the 23 September 2022;

- Gaz-34 (ISIN: XS0191754729, US368266AA08) issued by Gaz Capital S.A. 8.625% due 2034 – on the 25 October 2022 the payment was made by Gazprom for the coupon due on the 28 October 28 2022;

- Gaz-23 EUR (ISIN: XS1521039054, XS1521035573) issued by Gaz Capital S.A. 3.125% due 2023 – on the 10 November 2022 the payment was made by Gazprom for the coupon due on the 17 November 2022;

- Gaz-28 EUR (ISIN: XS2408033210, XS2408032246) issued by Gaz Finance Plc 1.85% due 2028 – on the 14 November 2022 the payment was made by Gazprom for the coupon due on the 17 November 2022;

- Gaz-24 EUR (ISIN: XS1721463500) issued by Gaz Capital S.A. 2.25% due 2024 – on the 14 November 2022 the payment was made by Gazprom for the coupon due on the 22 November 2022.

Deutsche Bank AG and Citibank confirmed that the funds were received on the issuers’ accounts.

We would recommend investors write a letter to Deutsche Bank AG (London) regarding Gaz Capital’ issues and to Citibank (London) regarding Gaz Finance issues, probably write a letter to clearing systems Euroclear and Clearstream as well, and ask them to release the payments. If PA and clearing systems see that it hurts investors, it should help to accelerate the process of releasing funds.

Gazprom ha confermato che i fondi sono stati versati agli agenti pagatori in relazione ai seguenti Eurobond:

- Gaz-27 (ISIN: XS1585190389, US368266AV45) emesso da Gaz Capital SA con cedola 4,95% scadenza 2027 – in data 21 settembre 2022 è stato effettuato da Gazprom il pagamento della cedola in scadenza il 23 settembre 2022;

- Gaz-34 (ISIN: XS0191754729, US368266AA08) emesso da Gaz Capital SA 8,625% con scadenza 2034 – in data 25 ottobre 2022 è stato effettuato da parte di Gazprom il pagamento della cedola in scadenza il 28 ottobre 2022;

Consigliamo agli investitori di scrivere una lettera a Deutsche Bank AG (Londra) in merito alle emissioni di Gaz Capital e a Citibank (Londra) in merito alle questioni di Gaz Finance, probabilmente scrivere una lettera anche ai sistemi di compensazione Euroclear e Clearstream, e chiedere loro di sbloccare i pagamenti . Se la PA ei sistemi di compensazione vedono che danneggia gli investitori, dovrebbe contribuire ad accelerare il processo di rilascio dei fondi.

Io comunque ho chiesto da tempo alla banca quale sia l'attuale depositaria dopo il cambio di agent in seguito al voto su i2...
Mentre prima ci avevano messo un minuto a darmi anche li numero di conto su clearstream, ora non sanno che pesci pigliare.
Il che mi fa dubitare che sia andato a buon fine, non vorrei che sia finito tutto in un limbo, uscita da clearstream ma non ancora entrata nel nuovo...

La risposta di DB: la informiamo che al momento non abbiamo ancora ricevuto il pagamento previsto ad ottobre 2022. Il depositario ci ha informato che è ancora in corso la riconciliazione.
