Non aspettarti risposte illuminanti. Gli interessanti quesiti che poni ricevono risposta certa solo dai fanfaroni che non hanno mai fatto la fatica di leggersi uno straccio di norma. Chi invece fa lo sforzo di studiare, si deve limitare a fare delle ipotesi.
La mia è che la differenza la farà il singolo prospetto, letto alla luce della normativa.
Il punto critico è questo: come sarà computato, a fine transition il singolo titolo in termini di capital recognition? È un errore pensare che tutti i CMS siano identici. Lì, secondo me, cascherà l'asino.

Per rispondere ad un quesito specifico che poni: la cosiddetta market reputation esiste ancora, anche se a condizioni completamente diverse. È questa che farà richiamare titoli pochissimo costosi. Ecco perché la mia ipotesi è che si avanzerà nel 2022 scoprendo che alcuni CMS bancari, probabilmente la maggioranza, saranno richiamati, mentre altri staranno lì a galleggiare lungamente, sino a che i tassi non saranno tornati ad antichi livelli.

In questo momento le vecchie perpetue legate all Irs o cms sono fra le pochissime obbligazioni su cui puntare , personalmente ho preferito la banca francese partecipata dallo stato Banca federative di credit mutuel in giro c'è ne sono due e un paio di lotti del banco bpm 373 ....mi piacerebbe conoscere le vostre se eventualmente le avete

E' una convertibile perpetua sotto i 50 (47/48 a occhio ora) con Euribor 3M+135 di spread (son coupons verso 0.90%, quindi 1.80% sul capitale investito).

Comunque qui la scommessa a breve termine mi sembra essere quella di un cambio di politica monetaria a seguito dell'avvicendamento Draghi/Lagarde (non dico che sia probabile, semplicemente che non mi pare ci siano altri catalists a breve)

E' sostanzialmente un FRESH per quanto ne capisco, quindi zero chances di un riacquisto/rimborso, reagisce unicamente ai tassi (e spreads di credito).
Ma ha il beneficio aggiunto (come i CASHES di Unicredit) di dare i diritto in caso di aumento di capitale o di capital return (tipo dividendo speciale pagato da certi tipi di riserve).
