As at March 31, 2019, the Group has 8 unsecured Senior Notes outstanding which can be detailed as follows: ▪ SGD 280 million of nominal amount, issued by NOL Limited and maturing in September 2020; ▪ EUR 725 million of nominal amount, issued by CMA CGM and maturing in January 2021; ▪ SGD 300 million of nominal amount, issued by NOL Limited and maturing in June 2021; ▪ EUR 60 million of nominal amount, issued by CONTAINERSHIPS and maturing in November 2021; ▪ EUR 650 million of nominal amount, issued by CMA CGM and maturing in July 2022; ▪ USD 116.5 million of nominal amount, originally issued by APL Limited and transferred to APL Investments America as part of GGS disposal, and maturing in January 2024; ▪ EUR 750 million of nominal amount, issued by CMA CGM and maturing in January 2025. ▪ EUR 300 million of nominal amount issued by CEVA and maturing in August 2025; due to the existence of change of control clauses triggered by the acquisition by CMA-CGM, such bond had to be presented as current although a backstop facility maturing at the same date has been signed before March 31, 2019.

Chi lo può dire? Io ne ho un cip della 6,15% ma non incremento. anche perchè il cambio al momento sconsiglia gli acquisti. In via di principio io degli israeliani mi fido. Per tradizione e per natura.... gli affari li sanno fare

non so, vedo che le due MB a 3/4 anni stanno come rendimento netto appena un punto e mezzo sotto, qundi il prezzo non mi fa ancora così gola, però se scendono ancora...
