Non credo che sia sottovalutata, i fondamentali attuali parlano chiaro.
Credo invece, che stante l' attività di diffusione di letteratura tecnica, e comunque essendo il primo giornale economico d' Italia, potrebbe essere non so, ma potrebbe essere che nel tempo migliori il proprio valore.
Sopratutto con il protrarsi della crisi che spinge molta gente a "capirci" di piu'.

Il Sole 24 Ore SpA announced that it has approved the merger plan for the incorporation of the wholly-owned company Il Sole 24 ORE Business Media Srl into the Company. Final approval of the transaction, which will take legal, accounting and fiscal retroactive effect as from January 1, 2010, unless otherwise stated in the merger deed, will take place in May 2010.

Il Sole 24 Ore SpA announced that its subsidiary H24 Software SpA, as part of the operating cost-curbing and process optimization measures, is to merge by incorporation with the wholly-owned subsidiaries STR SpA and Data Ufficio SpA. H24 Software SpA at the end of the process will change its name into Innovare24 SpA. Further details were not disclosed.

Il Sole 24 Ore SpA announced that, as part of an operating cost-curbing plan started at the beginning of the fiscal year 2009, it has planned a reduction of staff by 200 units. For this purpose, talks have been held with the trade unions in order to reach an agreement by the end of the fiscal year 2009, effective as from the first quarter of the fiscal year 2010. The Company also announced that, excluding extraordinary charges, the Ebitda for the fiscal year 2009 is expected to be slightly positive. The Company reported for the fiscal year 2008 an Ebitda of EUR 49.28 million. According to Reuters Estimates, analysts on average are expecting the Company to report for the fiscal year 2009 a negative Ebitda of EUR 11 million.
