Non ho trovato clausole di loss abs. Non è cumulativa, c'è cmq un inciso a pag 27 del prospetto piuttosto singolare:

VIENNA, 9 febbraio (Reuters) - La Banca centrale europea non può intervenire in aiuto della Grecia a causa delle clausole di non salvataggio e ogni sostegno proveniente da altri paesi sarebbe frutto di una decisione politica.

Lo sostiene il membro Bce Ewald Nowotny in un'intervista a FT Alphaville, un blog pubblicato dal Financial Times.

"La Bce ha un mandato chiaro... abbiamo una clausola di non salvataggio", ha detto. "La Banca centrale europea, quindi, non può intervenire in questo modo. Se ci fossero degli interventi da parte di singoli paesi, come scambi bilaterali o un tipo di azioni concertate, sarebbe una decisione politica".

Nowotny ha aggiunto che la situazione della Grecia è differente da quella di Spagna e Portogallo, ma che un rischio contagio va preso in seria considerazione.

Per quanto riguarda le regole sul collaterale, il membro Bce sostiene che Francoforte deciderà entro fine anno se continuare ad accettare o meno carta di minore qualità in cambio dei rifinanziamenti.

Swedbank to redeem two subordinated bonds

Swedbank will redeem two of its outstanding subordinated bonds; the Hybrid Tier
1 subordinated bond (ISIN XS0109209493) in the amount of USD 300 000 000 and the Lower Tier 2 subordinated bond (ISIN XS0216216845) in the amount of USD 246 550 000. Each redemption will take place on the first available date being March 17, 2010 for the Hybrid Tier 1 bond and April 30, 2010 for the Lower Tier 2 bond.

Swedbank has at this point no intention to replace either of these bonds by issuing new subordinated instruments. This statement is in line with Swedbank's previous announcement regarding its view that the continued ability to support the Bank's balance sheet should be secured by its core Tier 1 capital.

"The current pricing of subordinated debt relative to other forms of capital, is not in our view reflecting the benefit given by the market, regulators and credit agencies for these instruments. We continuously review the Bank's capital composition, not least considering the upcoming regulatory changes. However, at this point we do not plan for a new issue of subordinated debt" says Jonas Erikson, Head of Treasury at Swedbank.

Finansinspektionen (SFSA) has given its approval to both redemptions.

additional 934 million euros ($1.28 billion) in revenues from an
increase in fuel taxes this year, the Finance Ministry said in a
statement on Tuesday.
"The special tax on fuel is increased in order to boost
budget revenues by 934 million euros," the ministry statement
said. Deputy Finance Minister Philippos Sachinidis said earlier
this month the measure would raise around 1 billion euros.
The tax rise, which will take effect from Tuesday, will
bring Greece into line with European regulations. It will
increase the price of gasoline by 0.12 euros a litre and diesel
by 0.05 euros a litre, the statement said.
