Grazie per le risposte, ma queste schede le avevo già viste...mi sarebbe interessato trovare il prospetto tipo quello pubblicato da solenoide ma in italiano.
Credo che non sia on line a questo punto, visto che ho e avete cercato anche voi.

Ciao,
non penso esista il prospetto in italiano.
Trattasi di emissione estera quotata inizialmente in Lussemburgo.
In Italia era destinata ai soli operatori qualificati e non al retail.
Dato che e' una LT2 non dovrebbe avere strane condizioni , se mi dici cosa ti interessa sapere provo a guardare il prospetto.

The offering of the Notes has not been registered pursuant to the Italian securities legislation and, accordingly,
each Dealer has represented and agreed that it has not offered or sold, and will not offer or sell, any Notes in the
Republic of Italy in a solicitation to the public, and that sales of the Notes in the Republic of Italy shall be effected

where an expressed exemption to comply with the solicitation restrictions provided by Decree No. 58 or
Regulation No. 11971 of 14 May 1999 as amended applies, provided, however, that any such offer, sale or delivery
of the Notes or distribution of copies of this Information Memorandum or any other document relating to the
Notes in the Republic of Italy must be:
(i) made by investment firms, banks or financial intermediaries permitted to conduct such activities in the
Republic of Italy in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 385 of 1 September 1993 as amended
from time to time (“Decree No. 385”), Decree No. 58, CONSOB Regulation No. 11522 and any other
applicable laws and regulations;
(ii) in compliance with Article 129 of Decree No. 385 and the implementing instructions of the Bank of
Italy, pursuant to which the issue, offering, trading or placement of securities in the Republic of Italy
is subject to a prior notification to the Bank of Italy, unless and exemption, depending, inter alia, on
the amount and the characteristics of the Notes issued or offered in the Republic of Italy, applies; and
(iii) in compliance with any other applicable notification requirement or limitation which may be imposed
by CONSOB or the Bank of Italy.
