Research Update: Yioula Glassworks Downgraded To 'CCC-' And Senior Secured Notes To 'CC' On Imminent Debt Maturities; Outlook Developing

Greece-based glass container manufacturer Yioula Glassworks is continuing to negotiate the extension of about €40 million in bank lines with Eurobank Ergasias and Piraeus Bank. With the bank commitments being due within less than three months, we now consider that the likelihood of default has significantly increased. We are therefore lowering our corporate credit ratings on Yioula Glassworks and Glasstank B.V. to 'CCC-' from 'CCC'. The developing outlook reflects that we could raise the ratings if Yioula successfully refinances these bank lines, or lower the ratings if the group fails to address its near-term debt commitments in the next few months. On April 3, 2015, Standard&Poor's Ratings Services lowered its long-term corporate credit ratings on Greece-based glass container
